Postcard Mailings:

Our mailing prices are for postal sorting, C.A.S.S certifying, ink jetting, sort, tie, tray and delivery to the post office. Please call for a postcard mailing quote for your specific print and mail project.

Self Mailers:

Self Mailers are mailing pieces that requires a wafer seal or tab. A tri-fold brochure would be considered a self mailer. Our mailing prices are for postal sorting, C.A.S.S certifying, ink jetting, sort, tie, tray and delivery to the post office. Please call for a self-mailer mailing services quote for your print and mail project.

Catalogs and Mini-Catalogs:

Our mailing prices are for postal sorting, C.A.S.S certifying, ink jetting, sort, tie, tray and delivery to the post office. Please call for a Catalog or Mini Catalog mailing services quote for your print and mail project. Please note theat all mini catalogs are now required by the USPS, to have three(3) wafer seals on all pieces mailed. This is to ensure smooth routing through the post office sorting equipment and assure maximum integrity of the mailing piece from printer to post office to the end address.

Removing Invalid Records:

We will analyze your mailing lists to screen out invalid addresses. For a small, per record fee, we can assure that all addresses on your mailing list(s) are valid. Why pay print costs and postage for invalid addresses. Please call for more information.

UV Coating:

Addressing on UV Coated stocks adds a small additional cost to your mailing project but reaps big benefits! Most mailing houses cannot inkjet address on Aqueous or UV coated paper stocks but we can, without any smudging or smearing! You get the added luxury of high gloss UV coating for maximum exposure at a very small upgrade fee.

Due Date & Mailing Time:

Production turnaraound times (due dates) shown on our website are for printed material only. Please add an additional 2 business days time to complete the mailing services after completion of the printing of the mailing piece.

Mailing Services & Postage Payment Policy

IMPORTANT: Mailing Service charges do not include postage. The actual postage cost will be billed to you after your mailing list is processed and postage is required to be paid in full prior to our delivering your mailing project to the post office for mailing. Mailing Services charges include postal sorting for optimum postal rates, C.A.S.S certifying, ink jetting, sorting, tying, tray pack and delivery to the post office. Mailing Services require an additional 1 - 2 business days after printing is completed. If you are paying postage by credit card, there will be a 5% administrative fee assessed (charged) on the postage amount. To avoid this fee, you may send a check for the full postage amount made out to Postmaster Mailing. We cannot mail any mailing project until all payments (for print, mailing services and postage) are remitted in full. Thank you very much and please feel free to call for further assistance.
